Founder & CEO
Jeff Wulkan, Founder & CEO, has a track record of successfully launching multiple companies and raising capital. He has built several successful brands, including Mile High Wines, Bikini Barbers, and Lighten Up a Little.
Now, he's focused on building Plus 1 and scaling a revolutionary app designed to simplify real-life connections, putting the plans first over profiles.
Co-Founder & CXO
Angie started her career at an advertising firm after college before taking on a pivotal role at a record label in Atlanta, where she led new media initiatives and spearheaded an online A&R platform to discover new talent.
She then transitioned to a SaaS company in Los Angeles, focusing on rights management for the film and television industry and managed a $4M book of business.
Additionally, Angie founded Pixel Aroma, a boutique creative agency, and co-founded Lighten Up a Little with Jeff.
Fractional CFO
Finance executive with 20+ years in insurance, real estate, and banking.
Former Head of Finance at AIG (Global Casualty & Latin America), overseeing multi-billion-dollar planning, SEC filings, and investor relations. Now Managing Director at Gibraltar Real Estate, managing a $100M+ portfolio with strong annual returns.
Former partner at Dragon Gate Investment, advising on IPOs, M&A, and compliance. Started in capital markets at Bank of China.
Fractional CMO
Growth advisor with a decade of digital, marketing, and SaaS experience across four continents. Former Director of Growth at Hawke Media, helping brands scale, and previously on the US expansion team at Berlin tech-startup Leapsome.
Earlier chapters include Paid Social Brand Lead at COTY's Beamly (Marc Jacobs, Miu Miu, Calvin Klein), Digital Account Executive at Essence (MediaCom) in London, and SaaS sales roles at Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Oracle in Dublin.
Melissa holds a BA in International Business from Rotterdam School of Management and an MBA from the University of Sydney. Today she advises businesses on digital strategy, marketing, capital raising, and digital transformation.
