These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Plus 1 mobile application and website (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Plus 1 Ventures Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, posting a meet-up, or using any services on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

All branding, design, and content on the Platform is owned or licensed by Plus 1 Ventures Inc. You may not copy, modify, or reuse any part of it without written consent.

You acknowledge that Plus 1 does not vet users or verify intentions. You voluntarily waive all claims against Plus 1 Ventures Inc. related to your use of the Platform or participation in any user-organized activity.
