Download Plus 1 free from the App Store or Google Play. Sign up with your phone number or email in under a minute. No credit card required.
Link a primary social account (LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram) so other members can vet you, or complete real ID verification. Members without a linked social account are automatically prompted for ID verification. Every Plus 1 member is verified before they can post or join plans, which is what makes the network trustworthy and is one of the main reasons hosts approve quickly. Hosts can also require real ID verification on a per-plan basis when creating a plan, so only ID-verified members can request to join.
Declare what you're looking for: friendship, networking, or dating. You can switch any time. Your intent filters what you see and helps hosts choose the right +1.
If you have a brunch reservation, a yacht day, a Formula 1 ticket, a tech happy hour, or a workout you don't want to do alone, post it. If you're looking for something to do this weekend, browse the Discover page.
If you're the host, you see verified profiles with shared interests and intent. Approve the +1 who's the best fit, decline the rest. If you're joining, tap to request and wait for the host to approve. Approvals usually come in minutes.
