Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings, no questions asked. You keep Premium features until the end of the paid period.
Do all my friends need Premium?
No. Only the host of the plan needs Premium to approve up to 10 people and open the one-tap group chat. Your friends can join Premium plans on Free accounts.
How is Premium different from Free?
Free lets you approve one person per plan and have 2 active plans. Premium lets you approve up to 10 people per plan, have 5 active plans, spin up a one-tap group chat that syncs as you approve or remove people, message people before you're approved, and see who other members follow.
Does Premium replace my group chat?
For specific plans, yes. The Premium group chat lives inside each plan, so all the logistics (who is driving, meeting time, reservation) stay attached to the actual event instead of scattered across iMessage.
Is there a free trial?
We periodically run 7-day and 14-day Premium trials. Check the Upgrade screen inside the app for current offers.
Can I subscribe on the web?
Not yet. Premium subscriptions currently run through the App Store or Google Play only. Download Plus 1, open the side menu, tap the crown icon, and select Premium. If you want to try Plus 1 in your browser first, use the web app at web.joinplus1.com.
What if I have a smaller group and don't need 5?
You still get the one-tap group chat, 5 active plans instead of 2, the ability to message before you're approved, follower visibility, and early event access. Plenty of Premium members use it just for the chat and the extra active plans.
